This policy explains what data cronjobs.live collects, why, and how we handle it. We keep it short and plain.
What we collect
- Account data: your name, email address and a securely hashed password.
- Job configuration: the URLs, schedules, HTTP methods, headers and bodies you set for your cron jobs.
- Execution logs: for each run we store the status code, response time, a truncated response body and any error message.
- Basic technical data needed to operate the service (e.g. server logs).
- Usage analytics: we use a lightweight, self-hosted analytics script to count page views and understand which pages people find useful. It does not sell or share your data with advertisers.
How we use it
- To run your scheduled jobs and show you their results.
- To send you email notifications when a job fails, succeeds (if enabled) or recovers.
- To secure, maintain and improve the service.
We send transactional email (failure, success and recovery alerts) to your account address. You control which of these you receive from your account settings.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We only share it with infrastructure providers strictly needed to run the service (e.g. hosting and email delivery), and where required by law.
Data retention
Execution logs are retained according to your plan (7 days on Free, up to 1 year on Pro) and are pruned automatically. You can delete your jobs at any time, and deleting your account removes your associated data.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data from your dashboard, or by contacting us. To request account deletion or a data export, email system@cronjobs.live.
